Joyce Cleaning Services is a family run cleaning business in Gravesend, operating within the locality of Kent and South London, whose owners have twenty years experience in running commercial and residential cleaning contracts.

Owners Fiona and Charles Joyce have a very hands-on but organised approach and are personally involved with each of their cleaning contracts. Evidence can be provided of an excellent record of contract retention, demonstrating the consistency of the first class cleaning service we deliver. References can also be provided for all types of contract cleaning. In addition, we have comprehensive Public and Employee Liability Insurance.

We undertake various cleaning contracts and specialise in communal area cleaning, office cleaning and builders’ cleans including welfare cleans.

Generally, the value of individual cleaning contracts taken on by Joyce Cleaning Services is up to £25,000 per annum per contract for regular cleaning, with no lower limit. One–off cleaning contracts currently or recently undertaken have been up to £10,000. At the same time, we consider no job too small and will tailor our service to our client’s cleaning needs and will take on daily, weekly or even fortnightly cleaning contracts.

Our Health and Safety Policy, Public and Employees’ Liability Insurance and CIS and CSCS cards can be produced upon request, as can Risk Assessments and Method Statements. As a professional cleaning company, we ensure we follow COSHH regulations at all times.

Our cleaning operatives receive professional on-site training to ensure they use the best cleaning methods to accomplish all relevant cleaning tasks, with due regard to safety in cleaning. Naturally, we provide all our own cleaning equipment and cleaning materials.
