We provide a professional communal area cleaning service in Kent, East Sussex and South London, to residential and commercial areas. Many of our clients are residential and require weekly cleaning services, although we can be flexible with the times and days we clean communal areas, to meet your requirements.

Our communal area cleaning contracts include the following:

• Dusting and cleaning of all surfaces including remoal of marks from walls
• Washroom cleaning including de-scaling of toilets
• Window and glass cleaning
• Front door and porch cleaning
• Furniture cleaning
• Carpet cleaning
• Floor cleaning, including vacuuming, mopping and polishing
• Periodic cleaning including external window cleaning at an added cost

The cost of a high specification weekly internal communal area cleaning service for a residential block can be as little as £1.20 per flat or apartment per week, depending upon the design and finish of the building. External cleaning work such as sweeping, litter picking and bin area cleaning would add a small amount to the charge.

In addition, we will change light bulbs if required, and will pass on trade discounts we receive on the purchase of bulbs.

Our attendance sheet, which records our visits, also invites the comments or suggestions of residents. We frequently adapt our attendance sheets so that residents or property managers can see exactly when occasional and periodic cleaning tasks are due or have been performed.
